On service day, you can count on our professional team members to arrive on time and deliver a spotless yard, every time.

Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Scoopers United family, and can start enjoying your tail wagging friends, without the stink, or the hassle of dog waste removal.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On Your Service Day
Arrival Notification
Our friendly team members will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service starts. You don’t need to be home for the service, but we kindly ask for easy access to the cleaning areas and that any aggressive dogs are kept indoors. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient service for all!
We Clean Your Yard
Your professional team member will arrive and begin cleaning up all the dog waste. Scoopers United team members follow a carefully planned route to reduce the chance of missing any waste. They will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and free of any leftover dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is free of dog waste, your Scoopers United team member will take and upload a photo of the closed gate to ensure no dogs accidently got out of your yard. Our team will then sanitize all equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for your pets.
Pet Waste Disposal
We always adhere to local regulations for pet waste disposal. In most cases, our team members place the waste in their service truck for proper disposal through Waste Management. This ensures we handle waste responsibly and in compliance with all guidelines.
