Scoopers United (“we,” “our,” “us”). Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Agreement to terms
Welcome to Scoopers United! By accessing or using our pet waste removal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Service description
Scoopers United provides pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties. The scope and frequency of services will be agreed upon during sign-up and outlined in your service agreement.
customer responsibilities
- Property Access: Customers must ensure safe and timely access to the areas requiring service. Locked gates, aggressive pets, or other barriers that prevent access may result in a missed service, without refund.
- Notification of Hazards: Customers are responsible for informing us of any hazards on the property, such as broken fences, uneven terrain, or other safety concerns.
- Pet Safety: Aggressive pets must be secured during service times to ensure the safety of both our team members and your pets.
Service Scheduling and Changes
- Regular Service: Services will be provided on the agreed schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly). Changes to the schedule must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Weather Delays: In cases of extreme weather conditions, services may be delayed. We will notify customers as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
- Missed Service: If we are unable to access the property due to the customer’s failure to provide access, notify us of a hazard, or your dog creates an unsafe working environment, the service will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.
Payment Terms
- Billing Cycle: Payment is due in advance of the service period (weekly, monthly, or as agreed).
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved methods listed on our website.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in service interruptions until the account is brought current.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for completed services. For prepaid services, cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice before the next scheduled service will receive a prorated refund.
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel their service at any time by providing notice via email or phone.
Liability
- Damage Disclaimer: Scoopers United will exercise reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing property conditions or hazards not disclosed by the customer.
- Injury Waiver: Customers agree to hold Scoopers United harmless for injuries to pets or individuals caused by hazards or unsafe conditions on the property.
Service Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
Termination of Service
Scoopers United reserves the right to terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or repeated missed services due to lack of access.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania / USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pennsylvania / USA.
